Arrival Meet and Greet Service details
Details: The Welcome Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger’s at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrivals hall. Welcome Agent take the passengers from arrival gate of aircraft via Dedicated Buggy Car and pass the passport control/immigration via Dedicated Fast Track line.The passenger’s will be assisted and expedited through immigration and security check point. Once the immigration and customs clearance is completed, the The Welcome Agent will guide the passenger’s to Baggage hall and then the Porter handle the luggages and on through to the public Arrivals area to exit the airport. The The Welcome Agent will liaise with the driver prior to the passenger(s)’ arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service. The service is completed at the outside of the airport, near your driver/taxi. During all process, our agents assist you.

Departure Meet and Greet Service details
The Welcome Agent will begin by contacting the contact number provided for the Lead passenger or the driver (if the driver contact details have been provided), prior to the passenger(s)’ arrival at the airport in order to arrange the time and meeting point. The Welcome Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the Lead passenger at meeting point, whether it will be kerbside directly outside the terminal or the agreed meeting point. The porter takes your luggages to priority check-in desk in order to obtain your boarding card. . Then, pass security control and passport control via Dedicated Fast Track. The passenger’s will be assisted with airline check in formalities and expedited through immigration and security check point. Once the departure formalities are completed, the The Welcome Agent will either guide the passenger’s to the lounge or to the gate to complete the service. If the passenger want to go lounge , our agent drop you off to Exclusive Lounge for resting. Meanwhile, the new pick up time set for meeting. On mentioned time, our agent will be at the door of the Lounge in order to take you to the departure gate via Buggy Car. During all process, our agents assist you.

VVIP Airport Meet and Greet Service details
Details : What is the difference of V-VIP Meet and Assist Service ?
Mostly, VVIP Gold Meet and Assist service is preferable for Top VIP clients who do not want to among other people in the terminal due to Security or Privacy.
VVIP Gold Meet & Assist perform at General Aviation Terminal, not public main terminal. At General Aviation Terminal, we provide dedicated Passport Desk and Lounge.
On Arrival, we take our clients from Aircraft door and transfer them to General Aviation Terminal via VIP Apron cars in order to handle all customs & passport process. Meanwhile, the handling staff bring the luggages of clients. Then the service is completed when we deliver clients to their driver.
On Departure, our Welcome Agent wait our clients at the General Aviation Terminal entrance which has seperated building in Airport. After meeting – we handle all customs & passports process fastly. If our clients want to rest in the lounge, meanwhile – we send their luggages to Aircraft. On boarding time, we take our clients from General Aviation Terminal via VIP Apron shuttle and board them with our VIP Welcome Agent asisstance. We may get reservation at least 2 days before the flight for Airport VVIP Service.
